As I was looking at this calendar of unusual holidays for May, I was simply amazed at how many days I would like to celebrate. I can usually choose one or two events, but this month I don't think I can limit it to so few.

May is a full month for sure. My favorite would be the hug a tree day!

Oh my! I see the 10th is a day my sons would like... if only it was limited to one day per year, but for them it is every Sunday!

May 6th... my day (Nurses) ... actually, we get a week of acknowledgement in May here in Canada, the 9th to 15th of this Month. There I go... tooting my own horn, but hey... what can I say!

Hug your Cat Day .. now that's a good one. :) Along with Chocolate Chip Cookie Day -- all in the same day. I'll have to mark that on my calendar. :)

Lost Sock Day, Tuba Day, Eat What You Want Day, Hug Your Cat Day (of course!!) are the ones that stood out to me!
