0NION RELISH
Every couple of years, I decide to make a batch of Vidali*a 0nion Relish.
And every time I make it, I vow to never make it again.
It seems to make such a mess of my kitchen and always takes longer than I expect
Well, I canned 14 jars of it this morning.
It just seems to be work intensive.
But it’s so good.
