About my name, Cassie-B

When I was a little girl, my neighbor, Jimmy, the little boy across the street couldn’t pronounce my name. He always called me Cassie-B.

Through the years, I’ve always wanted to use that name for something. 

When Buzz set up my blog site, he asked me what name I wanted, Cassie-b was my very first choice.

Thanks, Jimmy.

oh- and my first name is not Cassie.

Our Annual Brunch

We had our annual family brunch on Sunday at the General Lafayette Inn & Brewery

This year there were 20 family members in attendance, 15 adults, 2 teens and 5 children.  The folks at the Inn were clever enough to give us a private dining room for our family.  We tend to be very social and make a fair amount of noise. 

It’s rumored that there’s a ghost in residence,
but the ghost didn’t make an appearance. 

That’s probably good. 
I wouldn’t want to see the kids scared.
