Today I have to make a call to see how my next week goes.

This is the first time I’ve been requested to do this. 

Spring!

The weather here is just beautiful.  We’ve had our first meal out on our deck this weekend.  I hope there’s many more to come this year.

I hope you’re having nice weather wherever you live. 

What a surprise!

About a month ago, I went to the dentist for a root canal (my first).  It wasn’t a bad experience, till it came to the bill.  Those things are expensive!

Our insurance covered about half, and I had to pay the other half.

Evidently, the dentist misjudged the amount the insurance would pay, and it was in my favor!  How often does that happen?

Yesterday, I received a check from the dentist for $69.80.

That’s the best visit I ever had from the tooth fairy. 

Bad Weather

Here it is - my first day back to work after my one week vacation, and I’m going to be working at home.  The weather is not good, and our supervisor suggested that we work remotely if possible.

I guess I’ll just have to work from home today. 

A day to respect is looming

Don mailed our taxes this morning. 
We owed a lot of money this year,
and he waited till the last week to mail the checks.

Hopefully next year, we won’t owe so much.

I hope you all were luckier than we were. 
And I hope you got some money back.

Still on vacation

I’m still on vacation, and still home.  Today my only plan is to separate and repot two African Violet plants.  I hope I haven’t overextended myself! 

And maybe I’ll take a walk in this beautiful sunshiny day.
