Another snowy day or two
The snow started last night, is continuing, and is supposed to continue through tomorrow morning.
That’s a lot of snow. And we still have some from the last big storm.
I’m planning to stay in today and do lot of cooking. I’ve got 2 meat loaves in the oven now.
Here’s a picture of Smokey Joe enjoying the cold weather

More good food
Today is a quiet day here at our home, and Don decided to make his world famous Stuffed Peppers. And he doubled the “stuffed part” of the recipe so the peppers would be very stuffed.
Our house smells so good, I can hardly wait till dinner.
Don’s Stuffed Peppers
3 large bell peppers, green or red
1 egg
1 pound ground beef
4 slices bread
1 cup corn
1 can tomato soup
Mix the ground beef with the corn, onions, add 1/2 of the soup.
Cut the peppers in half, scoop out the seeds, and stuff with the meat mixture.
Pour the other half tomato soup on top of the stuffed peppers.
Precook in microwave 10 minutes
375 degrees - for 1/2 hour
They can be made ahead and then just reheated in the oven or microwave.
Thanks Don

SN0W
Just enough snow to be pretty, but not so much that it would cause traffic troubles.
I think that we’re going to have a real snow storm this weekend.
At least that’s what “they” are saying
Have a nice day!
