BRRRRR- I hate the cold

As I drove to work this morning, my car announced to me that it was 3 degrees outside the car.  How horrid.

I decided that there should be a new law passed that all temperatures should consist of 2 numbers - none of those 3’s or 101’s! 

And certainly none of those minus signs in front of the number!
