Childhood games – Played Outdoors

When I was a child, all of the kids in our neighborhood would play outdoors from morning till the first street light came on, only going indoors for a meal and other necessary trips. 

We were outdoors whenever we could be.

We played a lots of different games, and had great fun.

Jacks, Red Rover, hide-n-seek, jump rope, simon says, dodge ball.  I can’t think of any more, but there were so many. 

I would like to see today’s kids enjoying a bit of old fashioned fun.
