You know I’ll be getting a newspaper section about him, don’t you? I have one of Johnny Carson’s passing.

Yeah, he was one of those guys who was just always there...since I can remember. When I heard he passed away yesterday it kind of jolted me...as it does with with someone you’ve grown up knowing.

My memory of him was that he always laughed at Johnny’s jokes, no matter if they were bad or unfunny.  Carson couldn’t have asked for a better second banana.

and Michael Jackson and Gary Papa from 6 ABC News.  Sad days in entertainment recently, very sad days.

And Farrah Fawcett.  Sad.

Ed McMahon, whose nearly three decades as Johnny Carson’s sidekick on ‘The Tonight Show’ and innumerable appearances as television pitchman and master of ceremonies made him one of the medium’s most ubiquitous figures, died yesterday microsoft test.
