FREE!
When I opened my mail yesterday, one envelope claimed (in very large letters) “Open Immediately and claim your free gift!”
I was a bit dubious, but opened it . Inside, they announced that you could collect your free gift just by joining their cause with a donation of $20.00.
Amazing! And I thought I knew what free meant.

I believe that Netflix runs a similar scam. They say you can try it free, but you have to give them your credit card and enroll in their program. You may get two weeks free but I think you have to enroll for a month, so it’s really not free.

There is free and there is free, but often you have to pay for it....
