Onion dip
We went to a family 4th of July picnic yesterday, and had a great time. There was lots of good food and a lot of good conversation.
I brought a couple of appetizers along. One was a hot onion dip that is really good, only takes 3 ingredients and is so easy to make.
1 Vidalia onion - chopped
1 cup mayonnaise and
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Bake for 25 mintues at 350 degrees or until bubbly and a little bit brown on top.
Let cool slightly and enjoy with chips or veggies.
It’s good hot or cold.
Hi Cassie… hmm that dip sounds good, with some of those wavy chips. Yummy!
Have a semi new blog, check out the link… k?
Thanks for the 4th of July ecard, very pretty.
Does sound good indeed! I’ll copy and save it too for future feasts.
I LOVE ONION DIP! My problem usually is...knowing when to stop. Chips and dip....yummy. This sounds like something my kids would love...thanks Cas....
