More weekend company

We’re having company for dinner this weekend, and I’ve decided to make this dip - it’s one of our favorites. 
And it’s pretty easy to make.

HOT BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP
1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope G*ood S*easons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, drained (10 oz.)
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese (I use extra sharp)

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix until well blended. Stir in broccoli and about half of the Cheddar cheese. 

Spoon into lightly buttered pie plate or ovenproof crock if you have one.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes more or until Cheddar cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
